WC2scale began as a platform where model railroaders who were modeling the Wisconsin Central could exchange information. The site was provided by Yahoo Groups and is still running today. With the takeover of the WC by the Canadian National Railway and WC locomotives disapearing at an alarming rate the group has expanded to displaying a large section of photos on a dedicated photo hosting site - Fotopic. The site has sub folders where hundreds of photos of freight cars can be viewed along with locomotives of course. The hosts allows us some degree of flexibility and does not censor photos on grounds of style or picture quality. The owners of these sites are Bob Menzies and other members of WC2Scale Group. Bob Menzies work takes him to various parts of the area once served by the Wisconsin Central and takes photos of remaining WC equipment. In the galleries are also the photos of leading photographers who have given their permission to exhibit the images.
